Experts say that developing a model for taxing property is the most complicated tax work

Croatia’s finance minister Slavko Linic has asked help from consultants of the IMF and the World Bank concerning the introduction of property tax. His working group has not finalized a bill yet, and the biggest problem in the process comes from the land register which is incomplete. Experts say that developing a model for taxing property is the most complicated tax work.
