Famous American chef, author and television personality Anthony ‘Tony’ Bourdain, has heavily promoted Croatia in an episode of his tv show No Reservations, which screened on the Travel Channel on Tuesday night.
The Emmy award nominated star and host of culinary adventure programmes did not hold back with praise for Croatia and its cuisine. “I did not have any idea what Croatian cuisine was. Nothing. This is world class food, world class wine, world class cheese. If you haven’t been here? Your an idiot! I am an idiot!” said Bourdain.
Bourdain was a guest of Croatian MasterChef judge Mate Jankovic on his visit to Croatia and was most impressed with the meat risotto he sampled in the Dalmatian town of Skradin, reported portal net.hr.
